He is also an expert in advanced techniques such as diagnostic and interventional musculoskeletal ultrasound. In addition to his services here at RestorePDX, Dr. Manning is a member of the adjunct clinical faculty at the National University of Natural Medicine (NUNM). He also hosts an off-site shift that enables him to train students in this field.

He completed his undergraduate degree in biology at Western Oregon University, where he graduated with Honors and was awarded the Most Outstanding Graduate Award in Pre-Professional Biology.
Dr. Manning utilizes a treatment approach that combines his diagnostic expertise, state-of-the-art image-guided treatment techniques, and a deep understanding of regenerative medicine/orthobiologic medicine to provide his patients with effective improvement of their condition. Known as a leader in the field for his use of advanced diagnostic imaging systems to find and treat the cause of a patient’s pain and discomfort, Dr. Manning is committed to providing individuals with customized treatment plans and a compassionate, attentive approach to care. His dedication to the Vis Medicatrix Naturae – the “healing power of nature” – along with his extensive training, strong comprehension of human physiology, and breadth of clinical experience allow Dr. Manning to unite both conventional and natural treatment modalities together in order to provide patients with the best possible results.
